The Cosumnes Oaks Jr. Wolfpack returns for the 2026 season under new management.
This season we will be offering the following football programs:
- 6 - 7 year old Flag Football
- 8U Tackle Football
- 10U Tackle Football
- 12U Tackle Football
- 14U Tackle Football
The Cosumnes Oaks Junior Wolfpack Football program is a True "Feeder Program" for Cosumnes Oaks High School!
- COJW is part of the SYF League
- All players certify for weight during league certification, no weekly weigh-ins
- ALL coaches are background checked
- Pre-Jamboree - Practices Monday - Friday at COHS
- Post Jamboree - Practices Monday - Thursday at COHS
- Tinted visors are prohibited per SYF rules
