Who We Are?

The Cosumnes Oaks Junior Wolfpack is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, rebuilt in 2026 and based at Cosumnes Oaks High School in Elk Grove, California (EIN: 41-3132224).

We exist to provide a safe, accessible and community-driven football and cheer program for families across Elk Grove and the greater Sacramento area. Under the leadership of President ,Taj Carter, and VP of Cheer, Erica Starkey,  we’re focused on creating a positive experience for athletes and families.

What sets us apart is our direct connection to Cosumnes Oaks High School. We don’t just offer youth sports, we build the bridge to high school athletics, helping our athletes learn the culture and prepare for what’s next.
