  • How do I register my child for a program?

    Registration is completed online through our website. Choose the program you're interested in, complete the required information and submit payment to secure your spot. Payment plans are available.

  • Does my child need experience?

    No, we welcome players of all levels of experience and they will learn the game from experienced coaches and staff.

  • Where and when are practices?

    All practices are held at Cosumnes Oaks High School (COHS). Mandatory practices begin 7/13/26. Practies are M-F, 6- 8PM thru 7/31/26. Beginning 8/4/26, practices are Tu-Th from 6-8PM.

  • What is included in the registration fee?

    Registration fees typically cover league administration, scheduling, officials (if applicable), and facility usage. Uniforms, equipment, and tournament fees may vary by program and are noted during registration.

  • What is your refund or cancellation policy?

    All registration fees are non-refundable. However, refund requests may be submitted and will be reviewed by the board on a case-by-case basis.

  • How can I contact the organization with questions?

  • Is financial assistance available?

    Yes. We offer payment plans and partial scholorships. Please contact us directly to learn more.

  • What equipment is required?

    Required equipment varies by sport and program. Any mandatory items will be listed on the program page or shared by coaches prior to the first practice.

  • Are volunteers or coaches needed?

    We rely on volunteer coaches and parents. If you’re interested in volunteering please contact us directly.

  • How will I receive updates and announcements?

    You will receive updates and announcements through our communication platform once it is in place. In the meantime, please ensure your contact information is accurate so you don’t miss important communications.

  • When are games?

    Games are played on Saturdays beginning late August - early November depending on how far a team advances in the post-season. 

    Game times are typically:

    8U: 10am

    10U: 12pm

    12U; 2pm

    14U: 4pm

  • How are coaches trained or screened?

    All coaches and adult volunteers working directly with our athletes are required to pass a background check before participating. This is a non-negotiable requirement for everyone on our staff. The safety and wellbeing of our players is our top priority.

  • What is the organization's code of conduct?

    All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.
